Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 3 separate bowls.
Heat in 30-second increments: 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, repeat every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Pour chocolate on sheet pan.
Sprinkle raspberries, strawberries, pistachios, onto chocolate. End with sprinkles of sea salt.
Refrigerate until hardened. Break apart and eat.
Tips for making White Chocolate Bark
The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the chocolate to set up. I’ve found that the easiest way to make sure it sets up nicely it to create an even layer with the chocolate when you spread it.
We recommend a silicone spatula for spreading chocolate on your parchment paper.
