Supplies Needed:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients together in your Ninja blender.
2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint containers, filling them to the max fill line.
3. Place the lids on the pint containers and freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight for best results.
4. When you’re ready to enjoy your ice cream, take the pint containers out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
5. Attach the outer bowl and lid assembly to your Ninja Creami motor base. Place the frozen Ninja Creami pint container into the outer bowl and turn on the Ninja Creami machine.
6. Select the ‘Ice Cream’ function and spin.
7. Use the Ninja Creami’s re-spin function if needed to achieve an even creamier texture on your second spin or if you have a powdery texture.
