Supplies Needed:

Ninja Creami Dole Whip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla Jello pudding (the powder)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 3-4 slices (rings) fresh pineapple or 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • Splash of pineapple juice

Directions for our Ninja Creami Dole Whip copycat:

1. Throw everything into your blender. Yep, that’s right – everything! Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla paste, milk, cream, jello powder, and fresh pineapple chunks.

2. Blend it all up until the pineapple is totally smooth. We’re talking creamy pineapple goodness here.

3. Pour that dreamy mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, filling it up to the line. Pop on the lid.

4. Now, this is the hard part… waiting! Stick that container in the freezer for a full 24 hours. Trust me, it’s worth it.

5. Once it’s frozen solid, it’s Ninja Creami time! Process it on the “Ice Cream” setting. If it comes out a little crumbly on the first spin, just add another splash of pineapple juice and re-spin.

That’s it! You’ve just whipped up a copycat Dole Whip that tastes like it came straight from the Enchanted Tiki Room (minus the talking birds, of course).

5 Tips and Tricks:

  • If you want a super intense pineapple flavor, use fresh instead of a can of pineapple. You can use a can of pineapple juice for your re-spin splash.
  • Want a lighter version? Swap the cream cheese for vanilla protein powder and use light cream instead of heavy cream. You’ll have a delicious protein Dole Whip that’s perfect for a healthy treat.
  • Tropical Twist: Add a few slices of mango or a handful of berries to the blender with your pineapple for a fun, tropical twist. Then use a splash of orange juice for your re-spin.
  • Dairy-Free Delight: Use full-fat coconut milk instead of dairy milk and cream cheese for a creamy, dairy-free version.

FAQs

  • Can I use frozen pineapple?
Absolutely! Frozen pineapple chunks work great in this recipe.
  • How long does Dole Whip last in the freezer?
It’ll stay tasty for about a week in the freezer, but honestly, it’s so good that it probably won’t last that long!
  • My Dole Whip is too soft/hard; what should I do?
If it’s too soft, freeze it a bit longer. If it’s too hard, let it thaw for a few minutes on the counter before serving.
