INGREDIENTS

Make the crust in your food processor with flour, butter, and cream cheese.

STEP ONE

The key to a perfectly rolled out dough is to roll it out between two pieces of parchment paper AND to use the Wilton fondant rolling pin, which as guides.

STEP TWO

Mix the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, pecans, and melted butter in a small bowl. 

STEP THREE

Fill the mini cupcake tins with the dough and then the pie filling. Top with a half pecan. Bake.
