What’s in the YumYum! Baking Oven box? This Target exclusive toy includes the YumYum! Real baking oven, a baking tray, a baking spatula, mixing whisk and instructions. You can buy baking kits separately.
YumYum! Baking Mixes (sold separately)
You can try your hand at your own recipes, but we recommend the YumYum! baking mixes and decorating kits to get you started. They are sold separately and rhere are several baking mixes available:
How this Toy Baking Oven Works
The YumYum! Real Baking Oven is easy to use right out of the box! We love that it’s made specifically for for kids and that it has so many safety features!
For example, the oven door will only open when it is completely cool, thanks to a safety device. This keeps little hands and fingers safe from hot surfaces.
When the oven is hot, you’ll also see a line in the temperature gauge until it cools off. Once the gauge disappears, you know it’s safe to open the oven. We love these features and also love the fact that this teaches kids the importance of patience and also following instructions.
*Designed for ages 8 and up, adult supervision is necessary to keep baking fun AND safe!
