Beat the Heat with Ninja Creami Sorbet: 2 Easy & Refreshing Recipes

Let’s dive into two of my favorite Ninja Creami sorbet creations: a classic Strawberry Sorbet and a tropical Mango Sorbet. These recipes are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without any guilt.

Supplies Needed:

Ninja Creami Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh strawberries, hulled
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar (or adjust to your sweetness preference; you could try agave syrup or maple syrup)
strawberries, half a lemon, sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon, and a ninja creami ice cream maker

Instructions:

1. Blend: Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you have a smooth texture. If needed, add a splash of water to help it blend smoothly.

2. Pour and Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line. Secure the lid assembly.

3. First Spin: Place pint in the freezer for at least 24 hours. Once frozen solid, take it out and place the container in the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami. Secure the outer bowl lid and place bowl assembly onto the motor base.

  • To ensure a level surface for even freezing, gently tap the container on the counter a few times before placing it in the freezer.
