Nothing beats the texture of fluffy pancakes with nice crispy edges.  Of course, you get that with regular pancakes, but I actually prefer the fluffy-to-crisp ratio of small pancakes.  Every bite delivers that soft crunch, then chewiness, and finally melt-in-your-mouth satisfaction.

We love the combination of sweet, rich, and tangy tastes from the maple syrup, Nutella, and berries on top.  Try this winning combo – or mix up the fixings!

OUR TIPPINGS: – Strawberries – Blueberries – Raspberries – Blackberries – Bananas – Nutella – Melted butter – Pure maple syrup

Follow the instructions on the product’s label to make pancake batter on busy mornings. If you have more time, you can use super basic ingredients to make the batter from scratch!

Pour your pancake batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag, then squeeze out little circles of batter about the size of silver dollars.

Begin layering the pancakes on top of each other – maybe 3-5 for each of the mini stacks. Put some Nutella between the layers for a super indulgent treat. Then add your favorite berries and skewer with a cute toothpick.

The best way to enjoy pancakes is hot off the griddle! They don’t keep too long, but these silver dollar pancakes tend to last a little longer because of the crisp-to-fluffy ratio. You can store any leftover pancakes in a ziplock bag or airtight container for a few days.
