Yasso Greek Yogurt Strawberry Pink Drink

Supplies
- immersion blender
- cutting board
- cocktail skewers, long enough to span your glass
Ingredients:
- 3 medium strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- crushed ice to fill ice to 2/3 full
- 4-6 tablespoons strawberry syrup (I used the Divinci brand)
- 8 oz 7up or enough to fill the glass
Garnish: - 1 Yasso Greek yogurt strawberry mochi
- 1 strawberry, cut in half lengthwise

Hint: you might WOW your teen with this one! We personally think it’s better (and definitely less expensive) then the Starbucks Pink Drink version!
How to Make Yasso Greek Yogurt Pink Drink
1. With an immersion blender, blend 3 strawberries and Greek yogurt until no chunks are left. Set aside.
2. Fill the glass 2/3 full with crushed ice.
3. Pour in 4 tablespoons of strawberry syrup over the ice.
4. Fill the glass with 7up, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace so the mochi/garnish doesn’t get wet.
5. Pour the strawberry-Greek yogurt mixture over the drink.
6. For the finishing touch, garnish with a Yasso Greek Yogurt strawberry mochi skewered with a cocktail skewer, and then add half a strawberry.
7. Rest the skewer over the top of the drink.
