Instructions for Making Hawaiian Rolls Cheeseburger Sliders
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the pound of ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl, and mix these ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
3. Over medium heat, warm up a large skillet. To the heated up skillet, add the ground beef mixture, and cook the ground beef mixture for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
4. Once the ground beef mixture is completely browned and cooked, remove it from the heat and drain any excess fat.
5. Cut the sweet Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and then place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil or parchment paper.
6. Add the cooked ground beef mixture on top of the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
7. Add a layer of cheddar cheese or American cheese slices on top of the cooked ground beef mixture.
8. Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese. Using a pastry brush, spread the melted butter over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tops of the rolls.
