Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
  • Wilton Candy Melts
  • Wilton Cookie Icing
  • Wilton Icing Decoration Toppers

*We used this Wilton Christmas Cookie Sheet Pan

How to Make Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Smoosh the cookie dough into the wilton pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 7-10 min.
  3. Pop out of the pan.
  4. Let them cool.
  5. Melt chocolate.
  6. Dip cookies into melted chocolate
  7. DECORATE!

Aren’t these just the cutest Christmas cookies ever? So festive and fun and they remind me of the Little Debbie snack cakes, although so much better!! (sorry, Little Debbie!)

As you can see, Fabiana created a cute chocolate dipped gingerbread man cookie, as well as a chocolate dipped Christmas tree. The Wilton candy toppers were a darling addition, don’t you think?
